Panel Roof System (PRS)

- Density of PU: 40kg/M³ closed cell
- Thickness = 18mm (minimum)
- Excellent heat insulation [R-value = 6(hft²°F)/BTU]

Drop-ceiling Roof System (DRS)

- Exterior Roofing Sheet: high tensile corrugated metal sheet with Zinc & Aluminium coating.
- Interior Ceiling Sheet: High tensile corrugated metal sheet with Zinc & Aluminium coating for glasswool insulation.
- More energy saving.
- Clean and frameless.
Natural Ventilated Ceiling System
- Air void is created with both ends are open for natural air flow.
- No insulation material is required.
- Flat Ceiling with reduced space volume.
Insulated Ceiling System
- Fibre Glasswool or PU Sandwich Panel is added as insulator.
- Both ends will be fully sealed up.
Cladding & Wall
There are various types of wall system available. The most commonly used in Malaysia and most of the tropical countries is the netting system coupled with PVC curtain. Only PVC coated galvanized netting is applied instead of electrode galvanized netting.
Other wall materials also available, full metal sheet or uPVC sheet.
Besides, we also recommend Polyurethane (PU) Sandwich Panel side wall for difference needs. PU is more efficient in term of temperature control and utility consumption. It is the best used for cages farming both later and broiler in countries with extreme weather.
Frame
All structures including the bolts and nuts are carefully engineered to ensure structurally sound at all times. It can resist harsh local weather condition such as extreme heat, heavy down pour and massive wind. In other word, we have prioritized all this factors other than fittings and equipment loading before designing the structure.
In order to ensure more long lasting and safer structure especially in highly corrosive environment, all structural is being coated with anti-rust coating such as the hot-dipped galvanizing to prolong the life span of the structure. The hot dipped galvanized coating is among the best protective coating which able to withstand in the highly corrosive environment.
